At Wiglene, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below.

To ensure a smooth return process, the following criteria must be met: 

  • Condition: The wig must be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • Cleanliness: The item must be free of any marks or stains (including makeup).
  • Hygiene: The wig must not have any odour (such as deodorant, perfume, body odour, or washing powder).
  • Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging to ensure its safety during transit.
  • Email: Please send an email to 'hello@wiglene.com' to request a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Rights Reserved: Wiglene reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. This includes items returned beyond the return period or those not in their original condition. In such cases, the items will be returned to the customer, and Wiglene will not cover any associated shipping costs.

Processing Returns: Refunds are available if returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5 - 7 business days back to the original payment method once the return has been received by our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
